Part 1 – One meeting was held on 27 October 2022. Part 2 – Following a search of our records, I can confirm that no information is held. This is a formal notice under Section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. Part 3 – Some of the information you have requested is included at Annex A. Exemptions under Sections 30(b)(ii) and 38(1)(b) of FOISA apply to the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex B.
