Copies of Professor Eljamel’s response to complaints. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. This information may be held by NHS Tayside.
Minutes of the meeting held between Professor Eljamel, Clinical Director and Associate Medical Director for Professional Governance on 3 June 2013. The Scottish Government does hold this information, a copy of the minutes can be found at Annex A.
