Any communications in any format between the Deputy First Minister and the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry, or any of its employees, regarding Scotland’s Redress Scheme.

I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested via email. An exemption under section 38 (1) (b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This means we have removed some personal details. You may also be interested in reading the written statement provided by the Deputy First Minister to the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry in November 2020. Within this statement, the Deputy First Minister does comment on financial redress.
