In response to your first question, I can confirm that the Scottish Government received a clearance draft of Audit Scotland’s report, ‘NHS in Scotland 2021’, on 17 December 2021, to be checked for factual accuracy. An embargoed copy of the final draft of the report was then shared with the Scottish Government on 21 February 2022. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information), s.30(b)(i)(free and frank provision of advice) of FOISA applies to that information.
