An exemption applies under s.33(1) of FOISA to the information you have requested, and we have redacted some commercially sensitive information which could prejudice the commercial interests of a person or company. Due to rights and safeguards under data protection legislation we have redacted personal information from all of the documentation released. However, in relation to your request for all information about the evaluation panel we are able to release the details of officials who are part of the Senior Civil Service.
