Copies of all e-mail correspondence held by the Director General for Health and Social Care concerning the infected blood compensation framework study being undertaken by Sir Robert Francis QC during the period 1st May 2021 - 8th Jan 2022.

Attached is a copy of some of the information requested at Annex B. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 29(1)(a) (policy development), 30(b)(i) (free and frank advice) and 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
