Removal from Children’s List: FOI release
Information requested
1) The number of people who have requested removal from the Children’s List under the process defined under Section 25 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Act 2007. Please provide this information for the financial years of 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and so far in 2021-22. 2) The number of people who’s applications for removal from the Children’s List under the process defined under Section 25 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Act 2007 has been accepted. Please provide this information for the financial years of 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and so far in 2021-22. On the second item, we asked you to clarify whether you required the number of accepted applications, the number of applications that resulted in removal from the children's lists (i.e. accepted and successful), or both. You replied that you required both.
