Response

I attach a copy of some of the information you requested. This encompasses letters, text messages and meeting minutes. No correspondence within scope is held in the form of emails directly from or to the Cabinet Secretary. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 29(i) (the formulation or development of government policy), 30(b)(ii) (the free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation), 30(c) (the effective conduct of public affairs), 33(2)(b) (the financial interests of a UK administration) and 38 (Personal information) of FOISA apply to that information.
