All correspondence between Scottish ministers and the Scottish Rugby Union, relating to the December 2020 agreement to field a GB Sevens team for the 2021 season. Please also include any correspondence - regardless of topic - between Scottish ministers and Mike Dodson, Dominic McKay and Jim Mallinder, all of, or formerly of, the SRU. I have taken that you mean Mark Dodson, Chief Executive, as I can't find any reference to any Mike Dodson and I have therefore completed searches using "Mark Dodson". Attached is a copy of some of the information you requested. The information I enclose is relating to the second part of your request. I have not been able to locate any information to your request about fielding a GB Sevens team for the 2021 season. An exemption under section 33(1)(b) - Substantial prejudice to commercial interests of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested.
