Response

I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for a copy of any reports (including on social care) produced by KPMG for the Scottish Government or the NHS in relation to this contract. I have concluded that the original decision should be confirmed, with modifications. I have reconsidered the information and come to the decision that some of the document can be disclosed which can be found now be found attached in Annex A. I do however consider some of this information to be exempt under section 30(c) of FOISA (prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs). The reasons for this exemption are included within Annex B. You asked that we send on a copy of the PWC report when it is available. Since the response of 3 December, the work in relation to this contract has been paused to prioritise the ongoing pandemic response and I hope you will appreciate that it is not currently possible to confirm when this work will resume.
