While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have a breakdown of funding for drug and alcohol services from 2000-2007. Prior to 2009 the funding allocated to Health Boards did not include specific allocations for alcohol and drug services. This began in 2008-09 when Alcohol and Drug Partnerships came into existence.
