1. Details of all meetings that have taken place between September 2023 and October 21, 2025, inclusive, between the Scottish Government and relevant stakeholders regarding the pledge made in the 2021/22 Programme for Government to invest £10 million in new Changing Places toilets.
2. How much has been spent of the £10 million for new Changing Places toilets.

In relation to question 2 how much of the Changing places Toilets fund has been spent, I can confirm that we do not hold this information.
The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because we do not currently hold this information, I am sure you are aware the deadline for applications was Monday 20th October 2025. Applications are submitted through the Inspiring Scotland website. https://inspiringscotland.org.uk/fund/changing-places-toilets-fund/. Inspiring Scotland are aiming to notify applicants whether they have been successful in December 2025.
