You asked us to provide copies of any internal briefings prepared by civil servants regarding any shortcomings of the Scottish Welfare Fund.

Please find attached some of the documentation that you requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information), s.25(1) (information otherwise accessible), s.30(b)(i) (free and frank provision of advice) and s.30(c) (otherwise prejudice effective conduct of public affairs) of FOISA apply to that information.
