Information requested
'Please provide the cost of any legal advice or legal advisory services provided to Scottish Ministers who have or are set to attend in the near future an evidence session at the Scottish Parliament's Committee on the Scottish Government's Handling of Harassment Complaints'.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because, having undertaken adequate and proportionate searches relevant to your request, we did not locate any recorded information falling within the scope of that request.
The reason for this is that the Scottish Government has not provided external legal advice or legal advisory services to Scottish Ministers who have or are set to attend in the near future, an evidence session at the Scottish Parliament's Committee on the Scottish Government's Handling of Harassment Complaints. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
