Between 1 July 2020 to present: Copies of correspondence (emails, briefings, letters, hand-written notes, memos, minutes of meetings, minutes of calls and/or otherwise) between the Scottish Government and the Electoral Commission regarding the Referendums Bill.

Some of the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A of this letter. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, exemptions under Sections Section 30(b)(ii) – free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation and 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) of FOISA applies to some of the information requested.
