Grants or Loans issued under Section 70 of Transport (Scotland) Act 2001: FOI release
Information requested
All annual reports to Scottish Parliament which were due under Section 70 of Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 which describe Grants or Loans issued under that section of the Act up to and including FY 2019-2020. And copies of any repayments against any Loans or conditions associated to any Grants., including the (a) amount, (b) the person to whom it has been paid and (c) the purpose for which it has been paid.

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. it is because of the retention policy that we no longer hold this information An exemption under section s27 of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested.
