Response

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. Please note that some of the questions you asked are not within the scope of FOI legislation because these are requests for advice or opinion, not for specific recorded information. Where possible I have answered these questions also. I have ordered the responses to your questions as you set them out in your original request of 08/06/2020. You can find the answers to your questions attached in Annex A to this letter. Some of the information you have requested is already available in the public domain. Where applicable I have provided you with the hyperlinks to this information. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you but for the fullness of this response I have done so. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy. Exemptions While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. Section numbers; s17 (information not held), s25 (information otherwise accessible) and s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA apply to that information. The reasons why we don’t have the information are explained in Annex B to this letter. About FOI
