Information requested

You asked for:

"A copy of the questionnaire returned by the North Harris Trust."

Response

I enclose all of the information you requested.

In addition , to give some context to the information requested I enclose the following papers:-

1. covering email accompanying the completed questionnaire from the North Harris Trust; and 2. covering email from Scottish Government enclosing a letter and blank questionnaire to the North Harris Trust.

Some of the addition information we have provided has been redacted because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) (personal data relating to third party) of FOISA applies.

An exemption applies

This exemption under section 38(1)(b) applies because it is personal data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as the names, email address and phone numbers. Disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018. This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’, so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
