Response

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.

Some of the information you have requested is available from marine.gov.scot. Specifically, the material referred to in the letter to the Secretary of State for Defra dated 27 June (Document 3) can be found at Section 36 Consent - Construction and Operation of Generating Station - Berwick Bank Wind Farm - Firth of Forth | marine.gov.scot. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s) 28, 29(1)(d), 30(b)(i), 30(b)(ii), 33(1)(b) and 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to that information.
