Response In response to the first part of your request, while the Scottish Government does not require other organisations/bodies to provide us with reports/information regarding the content of FOI requests and/or responses, we understand that this may happen on occasion, for example we may be consulted as a third party, in line with the Section 60 code of practice. Under section 12 of FOISA public authorities are not required to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying would exceed the upper cost limit, which is currently set at £600 by Regulations made under section 12.
