The amount committed by the Scottish Government to the Air Quality Fund referenced on page 57 of the Programme for Government; for the amount of money that had been paid out through the Fund has paid out to date; for (if it does not break the cost limits) a list of payees that have received funding from the Fund and for the business case for the Fund.

The information you requested is as follows:

£1.2 million has been committed to the Air Quality Fund in 2018/19. No money has been paid out to date but £719,600 has been awarded. The following table summarises the awards and the projects for which the funding has been awarded.

The business case for the Air Quality Fund is to support the Cleaner Air for Scotland strategy commitment to make significant progress towards revocation of all Air Quality Management Areas by 2020.
