Details of the total number of civil servants and their corresponding total working hours spent on the Legislative Consequences of EU Withdrawal Project.
Response
4 staff from the Scottish Government's Constitution and UK Relations Division have been involved with running the Legislative Consequences of EU Withdrawal Project, along with assistance from staff in other areas of the Scottish Government as required. The work is being done by existing staff as part of their normal duties supporting Scottish Government Ministers and in line with usual practice, the number of hours staff have spent on individual tasks has not been recorded because there is no business need to do this. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
