Burns supper costs in Brussels: FOI release
Information requested
The costs of the Scottish Government Burns Supper in Brussels on 22 January 2018, where the dinner was held and the costs of travel and accommodation for Fiona Hyslop and any other Scottish Government representatives that attended the dinner. I would also like to ask for the full list of attendees to the dinner.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in Annex A.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
We are unable to provide the information you have requested relating to the costs of travel and accommodation for Fiona Hyslop and any other Scottish Government representatives that attended the dinner because an exemption under section 27(1) (information intended for future publication) of FOISA applies to that information.
This exemption can be applied when it is the intention of the relevant Scottish public authority to publish the information no later than 12 weeks after the date on which the request was made. Additionally, you can find information regarding all ministerial engagements on the Scottish Government website via:
