Information requested

A breakdown of all communications and correspondence between the Scottish Government and the charity 'Children in Scotland' since September 2017. All minutes and notes taken of any telephone communications between the Scottish Government and the charity 'Children in Scotland' since September 2017.

Your request related specifically to the areas of education and skills, childcare and early years (including child's health, protection, well being etc).

Response

With regard to the first part of your request, for "a breakdown of all communications and correspondence between the Scottish Government and the charity 'Children in Scotland' since September 2017", I enclose in Annex A, a table detailing documents held by the Scottish Government which relate to the above areas of interest. The information contained therein covers the period of 1 September 2017 to the date of your Freedom of Information request, 5 December 2017.

On the second part of your request, you asked for "all minutes and notes taken of any telephone communications between the Scottish Government and the charity 'Children in Scotland' since September 2017." The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because the information does not exist within our records.
