Information requested
1. The number of employees in your organisation with any of the phrase’s “diversity”, “inclusion”, “equality” or “equity” in their job title in the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023- 24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 to date. Please also provide the salaries paid to them in each of these financial years, and a list of the relevant job titles.
2. The total number of staff suspended with pay by your organisation, and the cost of paying their salaries while suspended with pay, in the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024- 25 and 2025-26 to date.
3. The total amount of money spent by your organisation on overtime payments in the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 to date.

1. The number of employees in your organisation with any of the phrase’s “diversity”, “inclusion”, “equality” or “equity” in their job title in the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 to date. Please also provide the salaries paid to them in each of these financial years, and a list of the relevant job titles.
We can confirm that we hold the following information within the scope of your request:
In the financial year 2022/23 there was 1 employee, at pay band B3, whose job title included one or more of the specified terms. In the financial years 2021/22, 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 to date no employees met this description.

The remaining information requested (including specific salary details and specific job title) has been withheld under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, as it risks the disclosure of personal data. Disclosure would risk identifying the individual concerned and would be unfair within the meaning of Article 5(1)(a) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Section 38(1)(b) is an absolute exemption and is not subject to the public interest test.
