Response

Having conducted appropriate and proportionate searches for the period 18 May 2026 – 8 June 2026, I have identified relevant information that falls within scope of your request. Please note that I have identified a small amount of information relating to the handling of similar requests made under FOISA, and to summaries of recent media activity, which I have deemed outwith the scope of your request; however if you do not agree with this interpretation, please contact us

I have enclosed a copy of some of the information that you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under section 30(b)(ii) and section 38(1)(b) of FOISA apply to that information.

The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
