Information requested

All documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence sent and received, minutes/notes from meetings, briefings and analysis that is about the Healthier Food Service Fund, from the last three months.

I enclose a copy of some the information you requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Food Standards Scotland at enquiries@fss.scot who may be able to help you. The reasons why we don’t have the information are explained in the Annex to this letter.

The Scottish Government does not have the information

The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because the Healthier Food Service Fund was a project delivered by Food and Drink Federation Scotland and was funded exclusively by Food Standard Scotland.

Scottish Government has not been involved in any aspect of the delivery of this fund; Food Standards Scotland are more likely to have the information you have requested. This Fund was delivered in the 2024/25 financial year, if you decide to contact Food Standards Scotland you may wish to amend the time frame in your request to reflect this.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
