Scottish Government officials have met on at least two occasions with the Equality and Human Rights Commission in respect of the UK Supreme Court judgment in For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers.
Please provide minutes of all these meetings.

I have now completed my review of our failure to respond to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for the following request:
Scottish Government officials have met on at least two occasions with the Equality and Human Rights Commission in respect of the UK Supreme Court judgment in For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers.
Please provide minutes of all these meetings.
In accordance with section 21(4) of FOISA, I have also reached a decision on your request. I want to offer my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your request. This delay was due to an administrative error which meant that the original request was not allocated to a case worker.
I can now provide our response to your original request. I have attached the minutes for the meeting held between Scottish Government officials and EHRC members on the 30th of April. In this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because of exemption under section 38(1)(b) Personal Data of FOISA which applies to that information.
In regards to the meeting between Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice Shirley-Anne Somerville, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care Neil Gray and members of the EHRC, the Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because a final version of the minutes has not yet been signed off by all attendees. Once the final meeting minutes have been agreed this may be released through a subsequent FOI request. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
