In relation to the meeting papers you requested, please find below a table outlining the papers relating to the NHS Chairs meeting which took place on 19 March 2025. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information because exemptions under the following sections apply:

Other Background
Following discussions in summer 2024 between senior leaders a revised approach to the Chief Executives Meetings has been put in place. This is reflective of broader work that is taking place to shift the function and focus of NHS Chief Executive meetings. As such the NHS Chief Executive Meeting was stood down in October 2024.It has been superseded with the NHS Scotland Executive Group. The first meeting of the NHS Scotland Executive Group took place on 9 October 2024. A list of attendees, the terms of reference and minutes from this meeting are published on NHS Scotland Executive Group - gov.scotonce approved.
