I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 30(b)(ii) and 38(1)(b) of FOISA apply to that information. The reasons why the exemptions apply are explained below.
An exemption under section 30(b)(ii) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This exemption applies as its disclosure would, or would be likely to, inhibit the free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation. This exemption is intended to protect the integrity of internal discussions and decision-making processes within public authorities.
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested, as it constitutes personal data as defined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and if disclosing it would breach one or more of the data protection principles.
