Information requested

Any written updates received from NHS Borders regarding the temporary closure of the Knoll Community Hospital in Duns. Any correspondence between Ministers and NHS Borders regarding the temporary closure of the Knoll Community Hospital in Duns. If the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care has received any assurances about the reopening of the Knoll Community Hospital, if so, please provide copies of these assurances. Any correspondence between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care and health officials, about brokerage offered to NHS Borders, and the repayment of brokerage since 2019. If the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care or health officials have ever raised any concerns regarding the repayment of brokerage at NHS Borders.
