Information requested

1. A copy of the latest topical briefing material prepared for Ministers, most likely for the Minister for Social Care, regarding non-residential care charges.

I am basically looking for a document which includes the top lines, claims and facts about non-residential care charges that the minister would look at before interviews or discussing the topic at the Scottish Parliament.

2. The number of meetings the Scottish Government has held specifically to discuss the policy of ending of non-residential care chares.

Please provide the number of meetings held in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Please note this is a policy that the SNP committed to delivering during the 2021 election.

3. Confirm if the Scottish Government has conducted any financial cost analysis on the policy of ending non-residential care charges.

If the Scottish Government has done that then please state when that analysis has been done (time and date) and please make it clear if it has been done multiple times.

4. The number of meetings the Minister for Social Care has attended that specifically focused on ending non-residential care charges in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
