Spend on International Office events: FOI release
Information requested
How much has been spent on events hosted at Scottish Government International Offices in each year since 2020, including the current year to date?
Please provide data on the cost of each individual event, as well as any other relevant information, such as if a minister attended, the subcosts of the events (catering, music etc).

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in ANNEX A.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, this is notice that under Section 17 of FOISA the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below.
The Scottish Government Copenhagen Office was opened in August 2022, therefore there is no events information for this office held before this date.
As the 2024/25 financial year has not ended, the total spend on Scottish Government International Office events including cost breakdowns has not been calculated yet. Therefore ANNEX A only includes events up to 31 March 2024.
