Any official minutes, or notes taken during the ministerial engagement involving Angela Constance at Hampden Park on December 15, 2024.
Any notes which include reference to any individuals who attended alongside Ms Constance, including who was in the ministerial car with her.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) - personal information of FOISA applies to that information. This relates to personal information of people under the grade of senior civil servants.
In terms of correspondence about the guest which Ms Constance took to the match, as this was arranged through discussion with the Cabinet Secretary's Private Office, we do not hold any notes relating to the guest. Therefore, this is a formal notice under section 17 - no information held.
