In annex B of Scottish Government FOI response 202400442201, section 2, there is the following text:
‘Your manager will provide you with information on mandatory training, attendance requirements and standards of behaviour. Different procedures apply if you do not meet performance, attendance or conduct requirements while on probation and your manager will guide you to these.’
This contains hyperlinks on the words ‘mandatory training’, ‘attendance requirements’, and ‘standards of behaviour’. Please provide copies of the webpages these link to and any documentation provided on these pages relating to this mandatory training, attendance requirement, or standards of behaviour.
