Information requested

As per the information that was released here from a Scottish Government FOI response, on pages 2-3, there are seven ‘tasks’ listed out in three ‘stages’, with timelines for completion. If any reports/documentation has been produced from these tasks, please provide copies. For the tasks listed here whose timeline end-point is in the past, please state whether these tasks were completed and delivered on time. If they were completed late, please state the date they were actually completed on. If they are yet to be completed, please state their new expected/timelined completion date. Please also state any updated timeline expectations for the task in stage 3 to provide a dashboard withproductivity indicators monthly, and an account of whether this is intended to be public.

Response

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested, including two documents produced as part of 'task 1' from the cited document and a table displaying the status of each task and adherence with the proposed timeline. Please note that the files contain management information data as opposed to official published statistics.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section Section 27(2) of FOISA applies to that information.

This exemption is subject to the 'public interest test'. Therefore, taking account of all the circumstances of this case, we have considered if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption. We have found that, on balance, the public interest lies in favour of upholding the exemption.
