I enclose a copy of the information you requested attached in Annex A and Annex B.

Please note that one redaction in Annex A and some redactions within Annex B have been determined as exempt from your request. Responding individuals name has been withheld under Exemption 38(1) (b) Article 5(1) of UK GDPR in section 345(1) of the DPA 2018. One other redaction has also been withheld in Annex B as disclosure has been deemed potentially harmful to the individual respondent and is exempt under section 39(1)(a) of FOISA.
