Medical Locum Engagement Task and Finish Group details: FOI release
Information requested
The following in relation to the Medical Locum Engagement Task and Finish Group, between the dates of April and October 2024: a) The membership of the group. b) Any recommendations, reports, briefings and/or advice to ministers produced by the group. c) Meeting minutes, agendas and papers. d) Specifically, any papers that cover direct engagement, commission rates, benchmarking, periodic reporting, supplementary staffing reviews and price caps.

Exemptions under section 38(1)(b) have been applied to some of the information you have requested due to some of the documents containing personal information.
Exemptions have also been made under section 36(1) on the basis that the information in question pertains to the content of legal advice. All exemptions made under this section are explicitly identified as such. The public interest test has been applied when reaching this view.
