"On 19th August Scottish Minister for Equalities, Kaukab Stewart, attended an event at the University of Glasgow to celebrate the New Scots Refugee Integration Strategy: Delivery Plan 2024-2026.

Based on this, please provide the following information:

1. A copy of the full speech the Minister for Equalities delivered at this event.

2. A copy of any briefings provided to the Minister and their office ahead of the event to prepare.

3. Any correspondence from August 1st 2024 to August 19th written/sent by Minister for Equalities or their office regarding the Refugee Bus Scheme. This can be either in the form of letters or emails."

The answer to Question 1.

A copy of the full speech the Minister for Equalities delivered at this event is;

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemptions under sections; s.25(1) Information is otherwise accessible, s.30(b)(i) free and frank advice, 30(b)(ii) free and frank views for the purposes of deliberation , s.38(1)(b) personal information of FOISA applies to that information. There is also some information which falls out with the scope of the request.
