1) All minutes/notes from meetings, briefings and policy analysis regarding 24/7 care at Portree Hospital, between May 1 2024 and July 1 2024.

2) You also asked whether 24/7 care been returned to Portree Hospital yet, and if not, why? and to supply all documentation surrounding this decision?

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in relation to the first request.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested. Exemptions under s.30(b)(i) - Substantial inhibition to free and frank provision of advice and s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA apply to that information.

The answer to your second request is that 24/7 care has been returned to Portree Hospital. If you require further information or documentation on the decision making process, you will need to contact NHS Highland as this is an operational issue.
