‘Not for EU’ product labelling correspondence: FOI release
Information requested
All correspondence, including internally, sent and received by the Scottish Government, all minutes from meetings, all briefings written, about the plans for Not for EU labelling on products, from the last three months.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in your request. While our aim is to provide information wherever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information requested because exemptions under sections 28(1), 30(b)(i), 30(b)(ii) and 38(1)(b) of FOISA apply to that information. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
We have been able to provide extracts from the minutes and briefings relating to a number of meetings where the issue of ‘Not for EU’ labelling was covered.
