Prison to Rehab pathway data: FOI release
Information requested
1. Any emails, briefings, or submissions sent to or from the Justice Secretary’s Private Office that discuss low numbers of prisoners completing the Prison to Rehab programme.
2. Any correspondence that explains why completion numbers have remained low since 2022.
3. Any advice provided to the Justice Secretary that raises concerns about the scale or effectiveness of the Prison to Rehab pathway.
