Infected blood scandal documentation: FOI release
Information requested
All documentation held by the Scottish Government, excluding emails, so just analysis, minutes and notes from meetings, briefing notes and policy documents, about the infected blood scandal, which mentions the UK Government, between May 1 2024 and June 1 2024.

Exemptions under the following sections of FOISA apply to some of the information you have requested:
28(1) Relations with the United Kingdom 29(1)(a) Formulation or development of Scottish Government policy 30(b)(i) and (ii) Free and frank provision of advice and exchange of views 30(c) Prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs 36(1) Confidentiality in legal proceedings s38(1)(b) Personal data relating to a third party
