All correspondence, including notes or minutes of meetings or phone calls, between the Scottish Government and Equality Network and/or Scottish Trans. This should cover the period from 26th August 2025 and 8 January 2026. Meeting Minutes for the LGBTQI+ Equality Stakeholder Bi-monthly Meeting of 28 May 2025.

I enclose a copy of some of the correspondence and documents related to your request that are held by the Scottish Government.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information contained within emails and documents relating to the following exemptions:
Exemption s.25 of FOISA which applies to information where the requester can reasonably obtain the information without asking for it under FOISA. Exemption s.29(1)(a) of FOISA which applies to some of the information requested because it relates to the development of the Scottish Government’s LGBTQI+ Equality policy. Exemption s.30(b)(ii) of FOISA which applies to some of the information requested as disclosure would, or would be likely to, inhibit substantially the free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation. Exemption s.30(c) of FOISA which applies to some of the information requested as it is essential for to be able to communicate, often in confidence, with external stakeholders on a range of issues. Exemption s.38(1)(b) of FOISA which applies to individual’s personal information.
