Information requested

You asked for the following in relation to the Supplementary Staffing Task & Finish Group:

1. The membership of the group.

2. Any recommendations, reports and/or advice to ministers produced by the group.

3. Any documents produced by the group that cover 1) ending the use of non-registered clinical support workers supplied by agencies and 2) ending the use of registered agency nursing staff.

Exemptions under section 38(1)(b) have been applied to some of the information you have requested due to some of the documents containing personal information. These exemptions are marked [exemption]. Exemptions have also been made under section 36(1) on the basis that the information in question pertains to the content of legal advice. All exemptions made under this section are explicitly identified as such. The public interest test has been applied when reaching this view.
