Please provide any Scottish Government documents or correspondence involving the Constitutional Futures Division and mentioning the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW), 19th June 2023 - date.

Response

One item of correspondence from 19 June 2023 has previously been published by the Scottish Government in response to a Freedom of Information request. Please see Annex A in the link below for further details. An exemption under S.38(i)(b) of FOISA was applied to some of this information, and continues to apply. The reason why this exemption applies is explained in ANNEX B of this letter.
