Response
We interpreted the timescale that Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport was appointed, which was announced on 30 March 2023.
1 - The Minister has met with sportscotland as a regular basis - there has been three meetings to date. A list of those meetings can be found at Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts - gov.scot (www.gov.scot) On the meetings dated 22 May 2023 and 24 July 2023, swimming pools were referenced.
2 - Our searches have not identified correspondence relating to meetings to discuss swimming pools.

3 - We have identified briefings and minute of the meetings identified in point 1 above, I now attach copies for your information.
