Information on all payments in relation to Heat and Energy Efficiency Scotland to external suppliers for purchases of goods and services between 2022-01-01 and 2022-12-31.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested below. Heat and Energy Efficiency Scotland was set up on 26th October 2022 as a virtual agency housed within the Heat in Buildings Delivery Division within Scottish Government. Therefore, as this request specifically asks for costs associated with Heat and Energy Efficiency Scotland, we can only consider costs directly related to the virtual agency as in the table below:

Supplier name Payment date (or some other relevant transaction date, for example billing or booking date) A unique invoice-id or a transaction-id number for each payment.
As all FOI responses are published on the Scottish Government website, we cannot provide information on specific payments which would allow these to be identified and jeopardise the fair and open procurement process Scottish Government undertakes for the procurement of all of its good and services. In addition, we cannot release unique id numbers for payments to protect the security of the Scottish Government accounting system and align with GDPR regulations.
