Referendums Scotland Bill Team staffing: FOI release

"The most recent number of civil servants that are/were in the Scottish Government’s Referendums Scotland Bill Team. What are/were their pay grades? The general Scottish Government pay grades of the time that these civil servants were employed."

I can confirm that the last occasion on which a team member was recorded in the Referendums Scotland Bill Team was on 31 May 2023. This was one full time staff member at C2 grade, who had been a member of the team since its creation. Following the Supreme Court decision in 2022, the staff member has responsibility for winding up the work of the Bill team, alongside other duties (finance coordination) unrelated to referendums policy.
