Request for information 1: Between 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023, Social Security Scotland received 87 requests for information and 1 request for review. Each of these requests was responded to within 20 working days, in line with FOISA.
Request for information 2: Between 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023, Social Security Scotland responded to 78 requests for information and 1 request for review.
Request for information 3: Between 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023, 39 Freedom of Information responses were published on the Social Security Scotland website. In line with the Scottish Government’s approach we are committed to publishing all information released in response to Freedom of Information requests.
Request for information 4: The average time to process requests for information was 15.2 days during 2022/2023.
